Carolin has many years of experience with human-centric projects and transformations. As a change management trainer, Carolin focuses on high energy, high involvement of participants and sharing of project experiences. She is also one of Implement’s internal change management trainers.

Carolin thrives when she can use her creativity to explain context in a way that everyone can understand. In projects, she most often takes on the role of change manager or transformation lead.
