Frequently asked questions

  • How does invoicing work?

    All course fees must be paid for separately at the time of enrolment. Our prices are per participant and exclusive of VAT. You can also receive the invoice by email. In this case, you must inform us at enrolment.

  • When will I receive the invoice?

    The invoice will be forwarded after enrolment.

  • Can multiple courses be included on the same invoice?

    All course fees must be paid for separately. This means, for example, that you will receive an invoice for each course and another invoice for the exam if you purchase Implement’s Project Management Programme 1-4.

  • Can I purchase a course package and change the course dates?

    You are welcome to change course dates. If you inform us no later than seven weeks prior to the course start date, changing the course date is free of charge. If later than seven weeks, please refer to our terms and conditions.

  • Can I purchase a course package and pay for one course at a time?

    All course fees must be paid at the time of enrolment. When you purchase a course package – for example, Implement’s Project Management Programme 1-4 – you will be invoiced for all courses at once.

  • Does Project Management 1-4 need to be completed in order?

    Project Management 1 and 2 must be completed in order as the knowledge of the project management tools from Project Management 1 is also used in Project Management 2.

  • Can I move directly to Project Management 3 and Project Management 4?

    If you have at least two years of experience as project manager and thus have:
    - acquired extensive knowledge of the basic project management tools
    - gained knowledge of how to lead and facilitate a project team’s work

    you can move directly to Project Management 3 and 4 without having completed Project Management 1 and 2.

    In this case, you need to check with the course facilitators before enrolment on Project Management 3 and Project Management 4. See contact information under the specific courses.

    In addition, it is a prerequisite that you have completed our e-learning module and related tests. Upon enrolment, you will receive a link to the e-learning module. The e-learning module and related tests must be completed before the course start date. This ensures that all participants have the same conceptual knowledge. This is important when you as a participant attend a course with others without having completed the prior courses.

    Please be aware that completing Project Management 3 and/or 4 does not give access to the Project Excellence® Advanced exam. If you want to take one of these exams, you need to complete Implement’s Project Management Programme 1-4.

  • Can I join a course waiting list?

    Yes. You will be notified if a space becomes available. If you have signed up for another course to ensure your participation, we will transfer your space at no additional cost. Enrolment on another course will not influence your position on the waiting list.

  • When can I take the Project Excellence® exam?

    You can take the Project Excellence® – Fundamentals exam after completing Project Management 1 and Project Management 2.

    You can take the Project Excellence® – Advanced exam after completing Project Management 1-4.

    All modules must be taken at Implement Learning Institute.

  • What is the difference between Implement’s Project Management Programme – IPMA® and PRINCE2®?

    Implement’s Project Management Programme deals with methods and processes in connection with planning the project, managing the project team, active management of the project and you as a project manager.

    The PRINCE2® courses deal with methods and processes alone in connection with project management.
