Terms and conditions for cancellations and transfers between courses

Our prices are per participant and exclusive of VAT. Prices include course materials and meals. Any expenses related to accommodation and transport are not included.

All course fees must be paid for separately at the time of enrolment.

We will always do our best to accommodate your needs and wishes.

In case of cancellation or transfer of a course booking, the following applies:

  • Until six weeks prior to the course start date: free of charge.
  • Between 6-4 weeks prior to the course start date: 25% of the course price will be charged.
  • Between 4-2 weeks prior to the course start date: 50% of the course price will be charged.
  • Less than two weeks before the course start date: 100% of the course price will be charged.

If you are unable to attend the course, a colleague is permitted to take your place, as long as all course requirements are fulfilled. We will change the name of the course participant free of charge. Please send an email to learn@implement.dk before the course start date, if you want to give your place to a colleague.

Implement Learning Institute reserves the right to adjust the course descriptions as needed and to cancel a course at no charge if there are insufficient registrations.
