Precautions concerning COVID-19

Each day Implement hosts a variety of workshops and events with external participants at our various offices. It’s a privilege, as close collaboration is an integrated part of how we work as consultants. However, the safety of our guests and employees is always our highest priority, and due to the continuous spreading of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), we have taken several preventive precautions that we sincerely hope you will read carefully – and respect. The following precautions have been initiated so that you as our guest can feel safe and informed.

All in-house courses are cancelled until 6 May

Due to the instructions from the Danish Health Authority concerning extended COVID-19 regulations, we have decided to cancel all our in-house courses until 6 May. By cancelling the in-house courses, we hope that we can contribute to prevent further spreading of the Coronavirus. We thank you for your patience.

All participants will be contacted individually with further information.

Please reach out at or call us on +45 4138 0040 if you have any questions. We look forward to answering your inquiries.

Enrollment for future courses – transfer of course bookings free of charge up to 1 week before the course is held

To meet the growing demand for flexibility we have decided that all bookings made for courses held before 1 July 2021 can be transferred free of charge up to 1 week before the first day of the course. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to transfer your course booking.

What preventive precautions have Implement Learning Institute initiated?

At Implement Learning Institute, we are taking the current situation very seriously and are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19.

This is why we have taken the following measures in connection with courses held before 1 July 2021. We have done this to make sure that you always feel safe while participating in one of our courses.

  • There will be a maximum of 15 people in the classroom, including the trainer.
  • The training takes place in large rooms to ensure a safe distance between all participants.
  • The tables are arranged so that all participants are facing the same direction.
  • Everyone must wear a face mask whenever leaving the classroom.
  • We have a high focus on cleaning, especially in common areas.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be served in boxes in the classroom.

Please stay at home if you risk contamination

If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms or are at risk of being infected with COVID-19, we kindly ask you not to attend the course.

We encourage everyone to follow the instructions from the Danish Health Authority concerning preventing contamination and quarantine and to keep an eye on the ongoing updates.

We will of course also internally at Implement comply with the above-mentioned precautions. By doing this, we hope that we can contribute to prevent further spreading of the COVID-19.

Contact us at or +45 4138 0040 if you have any questions or if you cannot participate in a course. Together we will find a solution.

We thank you for your corporation.
