Project Management Programme, IPMA®

You will get in-depth knowledge of a number of theoretical and practical tools, and at the same time you will develop your skills and methods as a project manager. Thus, you will be well-equipped if you decide to obtain an IPMA® certification later on. The division into four separate courses allows you to complete the whole Project Management Programme at your own pace.

Implement's Project Management Programme, IPMA® - part 1 provides you with a variety of basic tools and prepares you for controlling and managing your project team.

Part 2 takes you into the far reaches of advanced project management. Here, you will build further on your basic understanding and gain a greater focus on the impact of the project and your role as project manager.

The exam covers the topics and tools that you have learnt in Project Management 1 and 2. In addition to the exam certificate, you will receive a feedback report on your strengths and development areas relating to the 25 topics covered by the exam.
