• How to make use of your personal preferences for tasks such as organising, change, analysis and co-operation in projects
• Insight into stakeholders' fast reactions to change, and how to design your own behavior to enhance engagement
• How to conduct dialogues that get your project participants on board in the project and dialogues that help develop them further as the project progresses
• How to strengthen relations between the project and its surroundings
• Effective communication between you, your project participants and project stakeholders to avoid talking at cross-purposes
• ”Storytelling” as a means to strengthen project progress and commitment of the project team

The exam covers the topics and tools that you have learnt in Project Management 1-4. In addition to the exam certificate, you will receive a feedback report on your strengths and development areas relating to the 44 topics covered by the exam.

To take the exam, it is a prerequisite that you have completed Project Management 1-4.

The exam consists of 300 multiple choice questions based on the course material you have covered. The exam lasts 4.5 hours.

The exam is online and it is up to you when you wish to complete the exam within the first 30 days after the start date of your exam. 

You will receive an exam certificate stating that you have passed the exam in Project Excellence Advanced. In addition, an overview of your strengths and development areas will be shown after the exam is completed. The overview will help you identify areas to focus on with the purpose of developing as a project manager.
