PRINCE2® Foundation certification

PRINCE2® Practitioner certification

With a PRINCE2® Foundation certification, you will get a certificate stating that you have gained a deeper understanding of the PRINCE2® methodology and how to contextualise and apply the elements of PRINCE2® in practice.

Who can obtain PRINCE2® certification?

A PRINCE2® certification is aimed at project managers and project participants who want insight into the methodology and a strong foundation for planning, management and leadership of projects.

There are no specific course requirements for becoming certified in PRINCE2® Foundation, which gives access to becoming a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner. However, a PRINCE2® certification is only available from authorised PRINCE2® providers.

There are no specific requirements for prior experience, but you will get the most out of a PRINCE2® course if you have basic knowledge of the project management elements and have previous experience working on projects.
