Here, we go in depth with your personal leadership and profile, as well as your ability to lead, inspire, and build followership in and for the project. In the course, you will receive a personal Whole Brain profile, which reveals your personal preferences and also provides a better understanding of others' ways of thinking and acting.

In Project Management 4, we focus on:

• Project management from a relational perspective

You can generally choose how much time should pass between each module. Some prefer to take all four modules very quickly with only a few weeks between the different modules, while others prefer to spread them out a bit to have time to work with and implement the various tools and methods learned along the way.

We recommend that you take the modules in sequence to get the maximum benefit. In PL2, you use the tools you got acquainted with in PL1, so it might be a good idea to take these two modules relatively close to each other.
