Experience and background

Thomas Kristian Ruth has been training and developing people professionally since 2007. He has a strong people and goal oriented background from his years in the Army which included deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and he has a constant focus on effect and impact. If the participants can’t convert the training into concrete behavioral changes, the training’s effect will not be fully realized.

 

Due to this, he focus on making the training subjects relevant, fun and applicable to the course participants. He does this by designing hands-on experiences, relating the subjects to real-life examples and make the training engaging and reflective.

 

When Thomas isn’t working as a trainer, he works in the business development environment across different sectors. This allows him to remain updated on current issues and opportunities.
