Jakob has over 8 years of teaching experience, spanning university students, continuation school pupils, and public as well as private employees—across agencies and municipalities to companies in energy, food, infrastructure, and more. Since 2018, Jakob has worked as a consultant with a specific focus on advising and training in project management and facilitation in both private and public organizations.

In his teaching, Jakob focuses especially on making methods and theories practical and usable through concrete examples and by engaging with participants about their own practice.

Moreover, Jakob takes pride in engaging participants by making the teaching relevant, inspiring, and fun—using visual facilitation and sharing his own well‑known successes as well as the less successful experiences from his work.
