Experience and background

Annette has been a consultant since 1997. During her time as a consultant, she has worked with change management in various industries and in the public sector.

 

Annette has been a change management trainer for many years and always spices up her training with her own practical examples. She is particularly focused on combining the disciplines of change management and change leadership, which is a prerequisite for effective change.

 

She typically takes on the role of programme manager or change lead in complex change projects.
