Annemarie is an experienced project and program manager within SAAS implemetations (Software As A Service), especially from larger international companies. On top of that she specialises in improving on project effectiveness in project organisations. Her special focus is on pragmatic project management with enabling value creation and progress, reduction in project complexity, as well as active and motivating leadership.

As a trainer, Annemarie has a special focus on giving concrete and tangible examples from real projects that can illustrate how theory is used in practice. It is also a parameter of success to be able to relate the training as much as possible to the participants' own projects.
