MSP® – Managing Successful Programmes consists of two levels of training: Foundation and Practitioner.

MSP® – Managing Successful Programmes is a framework for organising, managing and running programmes. The MSP® methodology provides a set of techniques that can be used to organise and prioritise initiatives and gives you concrete tools for establishing, implementing and supporting the realisation of benefits from complex change initiatives.

MSP® Foundation and MSP® Practitioner are aimed at programme managers, change managers and project managers. The courses are also aimed at managers looking to improve their programme and change management skills or those taking on roles in steering committees driven by a business need for change.
