Sofie Sandager

Sofie has a great passion for and strong competences in training and facilitation, e.g. conducting project management training courses, facilitation courses, train-the-trainer courses and various workshops in public and private organisations.

Her core areas include facilitation, project management, change management and team development. Recently, she has specialised in how to convert physical training into a virtual training platform, focusing on motivating and engaging learning that can be implemented in practice. A recurrent element in Sofie’s training and learning methods is her practice-oriented approach, and she has a constant focus on ensuring engagement, reflection and anchoring among the course participants.

When working on a project, she is particularly interested in ensuring progress, quality and a strong collaboration as well as involving and creating value for the people who are part of or affected by the project. Previously, Sofie has worked extensively with team development processes, and the importance of human interaction, whether concerning facilitation, project management, team collaboration or something completely different, is a recurrent theme in her work approach.
