Søren Beck

Søren has worked as a consultant since 1998. For most of his life as a consultant, he has worked on projects with a focus on change in organisations or across organisations. Many of Søren’s projects include competence development as a focal point for change. Søren is therefore fully versed in adult learning and what it takes for training and change to go hand in hand.

Relevant projects and roles:

• Development of project organisations and training of project participants, project managers and project owners.
• Development of the authoritative role from authority-driven to relation-driven. Development of new forms of cooperation and new behaviour.
• Development of new IT system. Start-up of overall management role along the way.
• Focus on knowledge management, use of new technology and its influence on the organisation.
