Rikke Marie Ernø is a senior consultant and has extensive experience with designing and facilitating change processes and competence development. In these processes, it is essential to link the development of professional, personal and social competences with a focus on developing the structure and framework as well as the culture and overall competences of organisations.
Rikke Marie has solid experience in teaching at all levels and in many different contexts. She has a special interest in working to develop a practice based on a strong theoretical foundation.
