Rasmus Rytter

Rasmus is Partner at Implement Consulting Group, specialising in benefits realisation and management of large change projects. He has 14 years of experience as a manager, consultant and programme and project manager in a number of leading Danish and international companies and public organisations.

Rasmus currently works with design of project organisations, and he provides support and advice to management, steering committees and programme and project managers. Furthermore, he is an experienced trainer and a popular speaker.

Rasmus is also the author of several articles on programme management, business cases and benefits realisation.
