Nanna's passion, experience and expertise lie in the development of people and organisations.
She has worked as a consultant since 2016 and deals with culture-, leader-, and employee development, project and change management, as well as learning and development processes. Furthermore, she plans and facilitates workshops for managers and employees.
She always has in mind that the training should give the participants new perspectives, aha- experiences, time for discussion and reflection, and as a result, a changed mindset and changed behaviour. She focuses on making the training relevant, present, fun, motivating and involving. One of her highest priorities is to support the participants in their new mindset and behaviour, to ensure anchoring and thus contribute to creating lasting change and value.
