Max Roed Mikkelsen

Throughout his career, Max has worked with leadership and leadership development. He has broad experience as a leader and project manager and especially with the personal element of leadership. Max has worked with many industries and has extensive knowledge of working in both the public and private sector. In his training, he uses vivid and concrete storytelling from his own practice as leader and project manager.

Max believes that the most important tool we have as leaders is ourselves. Therefore, he is focused on how we as humans gain stronger insight into ourselves in order to drive strong results in the organisation. As a course participant, there is always focus on you as a leader and the personal reflection that is needed to help us gain greater insight into ourselves and how we influence others.

Max strives to make the training exciting and ensure that you gain new insight into yourself and find new ways of doing things.
