Mads Lomholt

Mads has several years of experience with teaching in the public as well as the private sector. When training others in project management, programme management or portfolio management, Mads always uses a lot of practical examples gathered from the many years he has spent working with different companies. When Mads is not teaching, he works as a project manager or adviser and coach for other project managers. The experience he gains from these roles is part of making Mads’ teaching practically oriented, attentive and transferable to real-life situations – even when the course participants return to their respective projects.

Mads is particularly dedicated to the many causes that are part of ensuring successful projects, including clear and proper kickoff and staffing of projects, the management’s role in and focus on stakeholder engagement as well as the management dynamics in a project. In the solving of tasks and in his role as a trainer, Mads focuses on the goal as well as the purpose – and not least on ensuring that the change as well as the training create value.

Furthermore, Mads’ teaching is energising and engaging, and he is highly focused on the importance of creating an entertaining, varied and valuable learning environment for his course participants.
