Jørgen Aalbæk

Jørgen has worked as a consultant since 2003 and has a strong background as adviser, project manager and trainer in project management, leadership development, change management and development of public as well as private organisations.

He has been responsible for designing, implementing and conducting a large number of project management courses at all levels, and he has trained, advised and examined/certified more than 2,800 managers, project managers and key employees. In addition, Jørgen is an accredited PRINCE2® trainer.

He integrates implementation and benefits realisation into all levels of project management training, where human aspects, change management and facilitation are considered the corner stones of successful project management.
