Jakob has extensive project management experience from Danish as well as international IT organisations, and he uses this experience to advise clients and organise workshops and training programmes for private and public organisations at all management levels.
Jakob focuses on ensuring a link between the defined strategy, the necessary organisational competences and the underlying structures and processes, including what it takes to ensure change management and benefits realisation as well as an assessment of the project’s success. This includes training in and implementation of best management practices for project management – classic as well as agile. Jakob teaches PRINCE2®, general project management and Scrum, PRINCE2Agile and AgilePM.
