Jakob Kjærsig Brøndsted

Jakob has extensive experience with project and change management in the private sector, primarily in supply companies, where he has worked as a project manager, trainer and sparring partner. Since 2004, Jakob has been employed at Implement Consulting Group as a consultant in project management, and in his job as a management consultant he has been focusing primarily on implementation and optimisation of organisations’ ability to carry out projects in the right way as well as carry out the right projects.

Furthermore, he has specialised in project management methods that are based on agile principles, including Scrum, Last Planner System® and Visual Planning.
