For more than 25 years, Jacob has worked as a development consultant in many different types of companies, and has extensive experience with a wide range of leadership development processes with a strong focus on staging and designing learning.
Jacob is particularly concerned with developing leaders, companies, and organisations to match a world of increasing complexity, acceleration and diminished predictability. Organisational transformation towards more agile and network-based organization with a focus on innovation, learning distributed decision-making and action, based on project thinking and methods.
