Helle focuses on strategy implementation with special attention to securing the desired value of change initiatives, including change management and benefits realisation. This includes training in and implementation of best management practices for portfolio, programme and project management as well as benefits realisation and change management.

Helle is specialised in ensuring that an organisation’s strategy is translated into concrete initiatives in the form of projects and programmes as well as ensuring that these are effectively executed and implemented by means of best practice.
At the very core of Helle’s work is benefits realisation as a discipline and lever to ensure better projects that create greater value for the organisation.
