Esben Dalskinn

Esben has 12 years of practical experience with project, programme and portfolio management. At project level, Esben has been working primarily as a “commercial” project manager in connection with service development and digitisation with focus on and responsibility for the overall customer experience. At programme and portfolio level, Esben has been working directly with strategic change, including extensive business-related and cultural change.

Since 2012, Esben has been teaching project management and PRINCE2® in addition to his work as a project consultant, specialising in project management, project models and programme management. Esben uses an involving teaching style which is supported by real-life examples and cases from his own working life as well as from current high-profile projects in Denmark, which the course participants will recognise from the media.
