Emil has 5 years of experience as a consultant and works with process improvement, Lean and organisational transformation in administrative environments (finance, insurance and government agencies) and production.
Emil thrives in the hot spots of change projects, where things happen “on the floor”, in workshop rooms or around visual management boards. He believes that one of the major success criteria of creating lasting change is to develop people before processes and systems. In that context, Emil tries to challenge “what we normally do” by seeking new knowledge and research in motivation and behavioural theories, which is reflected in his teaching. Emil is particularly interested in how habits are formed and how to work on changing habits in change processes.
