Annemarie is an experienced project and program manager within HR transformations driven by the implementation of new human resource management systems (HRIS), especially from larger international companies. She particularly focuses on pragmatic project management with a focus on value creation and progress, reduction in project complexity, as well as active and motivating leadership.
As a trainer, Annemarie has a special focus on giving concrete and tangible examples from real projects that can illustrate how theory is used in practice. It is also a parameter of success to be able to relate the training as much as possible to the participants' own projects.
