Anne Hybel Havelykke

For a number of years, Anne has worked with change projects, and the complexity of the interplay between innovation, competence development and existing processes and business processes is the core of many of her previous projects. She is energetic, curious and structured in her approach to training and change.

Anne is passionate about combining theory with practical experience and is keen to create a learning environment where practitioners are not afraid of failing or testing their competences in a safe environment.

• Development and implementation of a new team narrative, roles and responsibility descriptions, onboarding programme and process descriptions for a DevOps department.
