About the course
PRINCE2® Practitioner provides greater insight into how to contextualise and apply the PRINCE2® elements. This course takes you deeper into the world of PRINCE2®. This applies to your own projects and as project owner to others’ projects. The purpose of the course is to ensure and confirm (by passing the exam) that you are able to apply the methodology to a number of real-life projects. This course prepares you to pass the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

Participant profile
The course is aimed at PRINCE2® Foundation-certified project managers and project participants who want greater insight into the PRINCE2® methodology and a stronger foundation for applying the method in practice.
This also applies to project managers who wish to attain a “Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner” certificate.
To be eligible, you must have passed a PRINCE2® Foundation exam within the last three years. If it has been a while since you have taken the PRINCE2® Foundation exam, we recommend that you contact us in terms of how best to prepare for the course. We are happy to assist you in making an individual preparation plan.

How the PRINCE2® exam works
With Implement’s PRINCE2® course, you will be ready for certification in PRINCE2®.
The exam takes place online at the end of the course – directly with the official exam provider, PeopleCert. Therefore, you can choose the day and time of day that suit you best. As part of the course, we will send you an exam voucher to book your exam and instructions on how to do so.

There are no specific course requirements to attend PRINCE2® Foundation - which gives access to becoming a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner. However, it is only possible to become PRINCE2® certified with approved providers of PRINCE2®.
