About the programme
Implement’s Project Management Programme – IPMA® part 2 contains Project Management 3 – Succeed with your project, Project Management 4 – Strengthen your personal leadership in projects and Project Excellence® Advanced exam. On these courses, you will learn how to use more advanced project management tools that are necessary for successfully leading a project and being successful in your role as project manager.
Main content - the programme covers the following main topics:
- Benefits realisation and managing the project to create value for the organisation
- Behaviour associated with projects and how to handle change processes
- Project conflicts upwards, downwards and outwards
- Follow-up concerning accuracy, progress, risks, economy, quality and impact
- Active use of the project’s business case
- Power and influence in the project’s decision-making processes and implementation phase
- Developing followship in the project (how do you get people to join you)
- Your strengths in the role as project manager and your personal development areas
- How to make use of your personal preferences for tasks such as organising, change, analysis and co-operation in projects
- Effective communication between you, your project participants and project stakeholders to avoid talking at cross-purposes
- ”Storytelling” as a means to strengthen project progress and commitment of the project team

On Project Management 3, you will receive the book "Behaviour-driven Benefits Realisation" by Rasmus Rytter as well as other supplementary literature.
On Project Management 4, you get a personal Whole Brain - HBDI® profile, which uncovers your personal preferences and at the same time gives you a better understanding of the way others think and act.
The course material is included in the price for Implements Project Management courses (IPMA®).
- IPMA® registered Project Management Programme
Modules 1-4 of our project management training are based on ICB (Individual Competence Baseline), by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
The content and learning objectives of our project management training are approved by Dansk Projektledelse according to the international standard IPMA®.
The 4 project management modules prepare you to take an IPMA® certification at"IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark".

Project Management 3 – prepares you for an IPMA® C certification

- How do you become IPMA® certified?
Implement's IPMA Project Manager training is verified by "IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark" and prepares you to become a certified project manager within the recognised project management certification IPMA. The project management training is designed so that all elements of the ICB (Individual Competence Baseline) are covered in the training, which has been prepared by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

PM 4 Strengthen your personal leadership in projects
Project participants engage in projects that are well managed. Through your ability to inspire and create followship, you ensure that your project gets the needed attention and strong engagement from project owner, steering committee, project participants and project stakeholders.
Exam: Project Excellence Advanced
When you have completed Project Management 1-4, you can take the exam Project Excellence Advanced to get a certificate of your new competences.
