About the programme
Implement’s Project Management Programme – IPMA® part 1 contains Project Management 1 – Manage your project, Project Management 2 – Lead your project team and Project Excellence® Fundamentals exam. On these courses, you will learn how to use tools and processes that are necessary for successfully leading a project.
Main content - the programme covers the following main topics:
- Setting the project objectives (purpose, success criteria and deliverables)
- Mapping and managing project stakeholders
- Planning the project (milestones, phases and activities)
- Estimating resource requirements (time and costs)
- Analysing and managing risks
- Project economy, follow-up and reporting
- Management styles – which management styles are most appropriate in different situations?
- Personal preferences (Whole Brain® – preference model)
- Staging and carrying out workshops, meetings and presentations
- Feedback as a management tool
Takeaways - after the programme, you will be able to:
- Set clear and consistent objectives for your project
- Conduct a stakeholder analysis and establish necessary initiative
- Prepare milestone plans and activity plans
- Draw up a budget based on the project plans and your estimates

As part of Implement's project management courses, you receive a course folder with relevant cases and exercises, which will build and expand your knowledge of project management.
On Project Management 1, you will also receive the book "Power in Projects and Portfolios" by John Ryding Olsson as well as various articles from Børsen's Management Handbook in project management.
On Project Management 2 you will receive the book "Facilitation - Create results through involvement" by Cecilie van Loon, Henrik Horn Andersen and Line Larsen as well as other supplementary literature.
The course material is included in the price for Implement's project management training (IPMA®).

Modules 1-4 of our project management training are based on ICB (Individual Competence Baseline), by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
The content and learning objectives of our project management training are approved by Dansk Projektledelse according to the international standard IPMA®.
The 4 project management modules prepare you to take an IPMA® certification at"IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark".

- How do you become IPMA® certified?
Implement's IPMA Project Manager training is verified by "IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark" and prepares you to become a certified project manager within the recognised project management certification IPMA. The project management training is designed so that all elements of the ICB (Individual Competence Baseline) are covered in the training, which has been prepared by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
