IPMA® Project Management Programme, part 1 contains all of the elements of PM1: Manage your project and PM2: Lead your project team. The course is completed by an online Project Excellence® Fundamentals exam.*
The course is designed as a blended learning programme consisting of regular classroom training, webinars, articles and e-learning. You will participate in the webinars from home to ensure flexibility whereas the classroom training sessions will take place with the other course participants to give you the opportunity to spar with your instructors and other project managers. At the same time, you will get access to articles and eight e-learning modules so that you can work with the theory at your own pace.
*The exam is not mandatory. You will still be able to continue the programme without it.
You are on your way to becoming a project manager, or you are already a project manager. You may also be an experienced project manager and wish to become even better at what you do.
As part of the training programme, you have the opportunity to become a certified project manager. You can become a project manager within the two recognised project management certifications, IPMA and PMI. Our project management programme will equip you for both.
Our project management programme is IPMA registered. This means that Project Management modules 1-4 are built up around The International Competence Baseline, which is drawn up by the International Project Management Association (IPMA), and we are approved as a supplier by Dansk Projektledelse.
By completing a project management module, you will obtain 20 PDUs (Professional Development Units). By completing all of Implement’s Project Management Programme, you will earn 80 PDUs.
We organise our courses in a way that allows the participants to see, listen, touch and do. The individual sessions take place in the course of the day. This allows for variation between theory, practice, discussion and reflection.Read more about our approach to learning
