You will get in-depth knowledge of a number of theoretical and practical tools, and at the same time you will develop your skills and methods as a project manager. Thus, you will be well-equipped if you decide to obtain an IPMA® certification later on. The division into four separate courses allows you to complete the whole Project Management Programme at your own pace.
The course is aimed at inexperienced as well as experienced project managers who would like to add more theory and structure to their existing competences.
Modules 1-4 of our project management training are based on ICB (Individual Competence Baseline), by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
The content and learning objectives of our project management training are approved by Dansk Projektledelse according to the international standard IPMA®.
The 4 project management modules prepare you to take an IPMA® certification at"IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark".
Project Management 1 – prepares you for an IPMA® D certification
Project Management 2 – prepares you for an IPMA® D certification
Project Management 3 – prepares you for an IPMA® C certification
Project Management 4 – prepares you for an IPMA® B certification
Implement's IPMA Project Manager training is verified by "IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark" and prepares you to become a certified project manager within the recognised project management certification IPMA. The project management training is designed so that all elements of the ICB (Individual Competence Baseline) are covered in the training, which has been prepared by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
In Denmark, you can only become IPMA® certified at "IPMA Certificeringen i Danmark".

Kurserne i pakken:
PM 1 Manage your project
The toolbox contains a number of key tools that are both necessary and effective. This applies no matter what organisation you work for or what type of project you work on.
PM 2 Lead your project team
Management of a project team is more about people than about planning, deadlines and milestones. Creating the right mood in your project team – and in the project in general – means more than you would think. Facilitation is a tool that can be used to ensure a smooth and carefully thought out process. As a project manager, you must be able to do this – and there is always room for improvement.
PM 3 Succeed with your project
Each project has its challenges. As project manager, it is your job to manage and navigate your project towards success and to create maximum value for the company.
PM 4 Strengthen your personal leadership in projects
Project participants engage in projects that are well managed. Through your ability to inspire and create followship, you ensure that your project gets the needed attention and strong engagement from project owner, steering committee, project participants and project stakeholders.
Exam: Project Excellence Advanced
When you have completed Project Management 1-4, you can take the exam Project Excellence Advanced to get a certificate of your new competences.
We do not believe that you will benefit from our courses – this is something we know. We continuously measure participant satisfaction, knowledge acquired, changed behaviour and the value which the courses add to the company.

We organise our courses in a way that allows the participants to see, listen, touch and do. The individual sessions take place in the course of the day. This allows for variation between theory, practice, discussion and reflection.Read more about our approach to learning
The course participants come from a number of different companies and industries. We try to utilise this to ensure that different points of view, experience and perspectives are brought into play. The various practical exercises and discussions will give you the opportunity to strengthen your network.
