The exam
The exam covers the topics and tools that you have learnt in Project Management 1 and 2. In addition to the exam certificate, you will receive a feedback report on your strengths and development areas relating to the 25 topics covered by the exam.
To take the exam, it is a prerequisite that you have completed Project Management 1 and 2.
Main content
- The exam consists of 180 multiple choice questions based on the course material you have covered. The exam lasts 3 hours.
- The exam is online and it is up to you when you wish to complete the exam within the dates indicated.
Takeaways
- You will receive an exam certificate stating that you have passed the exam in Project Excellence Fundamentals. In addition, you will receive a feedback report on your strengths and development areas. The report will help you identify areas to focus on with the purpose of developing as a project manager.
