About the course
Our PMP® Training Course is designed to help project managers master proven practices and earn their certification. With expert-led sessions, hands-on activities, and exam-focused resources, you’ll gain a solid understanding of project management frameworks and practical tools to tackle real-world challenges.
This programme also fulfills the 35 contact hours needed to qualify for the PMP® exam.
The course consists of:
An online kickoff from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by three two-day modules from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Hellerup.

Course preparation
Participants are required to engage in self-study and preparation before and during the in-person sessions. It is also strongly advised to thoroughly prepare for the exam using the exam preparation material provided by Implement Learning Institute.
Certification and exam
The PMP® exam is conducted exclusively by the PMI Organisation. This course provides the necessary training and understanding to equip participants with the best possible competencies for passing the exam.
To qualify for the PMP® exam, participants must meet one of the following:
- A bachelor’s degree, 36 months of project management experience, and 35 hours of project management education.
- A high school diploma, 60 months of project management experience, and 35 hours of project management education.
