Practical application: guided demonstrations and exercises focusing on both classical and AI-oriented approaches to traditional project management tasks.

Practical knowledge of interacting with generative AI tools in relation to Prompt Engineering – the discipline of crafting effective prompts applicable across tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and similar platforms.
