Implement's Project Management Programme – IPMA® Registered

Some of the primary tasks of a project manager include being able to plan a project, lead a project team, complete a project successfully and participate actively as a project manager.

Implement’s Project Management Programme – IPMA® Registered – will enable you to plan your project, lead your project team, navigate the project and use your competences most optimally to ensure the progress, anchoring and impact of the project. In short, Implement’s Project Management Programme will help strengthen your project management methods as well as your leadership competences. Thus, you will be well-prepared if you later decide on becoming IPMA® certified..

Participants
You are a project participant or in the process of becoming a project manager. You may also be an experienced project manager with a wish to incorporate more theory and structure into existing projects and to further strengthen your “toolbox.”

Main contents
Implement’s Project Management Programme consists of the following four courses and a final exam: 

The division into four separate courses allows you to complete Implement’s Project Management Programme at your own pace. We do, however, recommend a two-month break between the courses. This gives you the opportunity to use what you have learnt in practice and enables you to reflect on yourself and your role as project manager.

By completing Implement’s Project Management Programme, you will earn 80 PDUs (professional development units). Furthermore, you will receive a diploma that documents your participation in the Project Excellence® – Advanced exam, provided that you have passed the exam.

During the courses:
Catering and all necessary course materials. These are further described in each course description  and include, among other things, a Moleskine notebook with stickers (stickers with tools and key points), books, laminated overview of tools, tests, suggested action and reflection assignments, a collection of articles and feedback.

After the courses:
Course certificates and photos of flipovers that have been created in plenum.

After completing the course Project Management 1 – Manage your project!, you will be given access to Implement’s eight e-learning modules and tests, which provide you with an excellent opportunity to test your knowledge. 

After the exam Project Excellence® – Advanced you will be awarded a diploma (providing you pass the exam) or a course certificate documenting your completion of Implement’s Project Management Programme.

Implement’s Project Management Programme can, to your advantage, be purchased as a package for the total sum of DKK 54.750,- excluding VAT. You hereby save DKK 7.400,- excluding VAT.

Networking and exchange of experience
The division of the programme into two courses means that you will meet people with different backgrounds and experience.

The course participants come from a number of different companies and industries. We try to take advantage of this to ensure that different points of view, experiences and perspectives are brought into play. The various practical exercises and discussions provide you with a number of opportunities to strengthen your network.

    Karsten has been a consultant for 4 years and has worked with project management and business development. He has several years of international experience and has worked with, among other things, design and implementation of complex systems and organisational changes.
    At the moment, Karsten is working on how project groups located at different geographical locations can improve their co-operation. This includes how to increase the trust between the project participants and how strong involvement via visual online tools increases energy in virtual project meetings.
    Karsten is passionate about how to apply creative learning methods and is known for his humoristic and energetic training sessions.

    In addition to training in project management, Katrina works as a project manager for complex in large international corporations. She uses this experience to give context to the tools and frameworks that are a part of the project management trainings. Katrina has a passion for facilitation which also plays a role in her everyday work as a project manager and passion for the “soft” side of project management skills.
    Katrina focuses on creating an open and safe environment for learning whilst bringing positivity and honesty on a personal level. She applies her skills in energy management and team dynamics to ensure each participant gets the most of the training experience.

    Experience and background
    Mads has several years of experience with teaching in the public as well as the private sector. When training others in project management, programme management or portfolio management, Mads always uses a lot of practical examples gathered from the many years he has spent working with different companies. When Mads is not working as a trainer, he works as a project manager or adviser and coach for other project managers. The experience he gains from these roles is part of making Mads’ teaching practically-oriented, attentive and transferable to real-life situations – even when the course participants return to their respective projects.
    Mads is particularly dedicated to the many causes that are part of ensuring successful projects, including clear and proper kick-off and staffing of projects, the management’s role in and focus on stakeholder engagement as well as the management-related dynamics in a project. In the solving of tasks and in his role as a trainer, Mads focuses on the goal as well as the purpose – and not least on ensuring that both the change and the training create value.

    Furthermore, Mads’ teaching is energising and engaging, and he is highly focused on the importance of creating an entertaining, varied and valuable learning environment for his course participants.

    Sune holds an MSc in Information Technology Management from Harvard, and he also holds an MSc in Forestry from the Royal Danish Veterinary and Agricultural University.

    Sune has 15 years of experience as a consultant and has worked with project management from IT projects in Ethiopia over HR process optimisation in Denmark to large international infrastructure projects. Based on his deep experience, Sune can relate most problems to real-life examples.
    Within the project management field, Sune is particularly interested in the handling of stakeholders, and he takes pride in making sure that everyone is on board, when difficult decisions need to be made.
