TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS BETWEEN COURSES

All prices listed are per participant and exclusive of VAT. The prices include course materials and meals. Accommodation expenses etc. are not included.

All course fees must be paid at the time of enrolment.

In connection with some of our courses, books and other materials are sent to the participants prior to course start. For these courses, the start date of the course is calculated on the date of dispatch of the course material.

In case of cancellation of a course booking, the following applies:

  • Cancellation 2-7 weeks prior to course start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee is paid.
  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to course start date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee is paid.

In case of transfer of a course booking, the following applies:

  • Transfer 2-7 weeks prior to course start date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee (list price) is paid for the cancelled course booking, and the full price is paid for transfer to the new course.  
  • Transfer less than 2 weeks prior to course start date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee (list price) is paid for the cancelled course booking, and 50% of the course fee is paid for the new course.

If you are unable to attend the course, a colleague is permitted to take your place on the course as long as all course requirements are fulfilled. In this case please send an e-mail to: LEARN@implement.dk

Implement Learning Institute reserve the right to adjust the course descriptions as needed and to cancel a course at no charge if there are insufficient registrations.
